We endeavour to accommodate all change requests within 48 Hours for the complete package and 24 Hours in the Comprehensive and Corporate packages.

Website Adjustments, 2 requests are accepted per week like layout change, color change, text change, image change for the complete package. 4 requests per week for the comprehensive package and 8 per week for the corporate package.  

Please note that we do not make adjustments to features of plugins. 

For certain features, we have purchased Lifetime Developer Licenses, which we may use on your website at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not support pirated themes or plugins. As the website owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that all plugins in use are properly licensed. Only licensed plugins can be updated to the latest versions, which is critical for maintaining website security and reducing the risk of compromise.

Use of unlicensed or pirated themes/plugins voids our warranty for free recovery or fixes in the event your website is hacked or experiences malfunctions.

To make our report as comprehensive as possible, we require access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We can also integrate with a variety of SEO tools to provide detailed insights into your website’s progress and visibility.

If there is any other data you would like included in our reports, please let us know—we will accommodate requests wherever possible.

Although we are capable of supporting websites built with any technology, language, or CMS (Content Management System), this service is available for WordPress websites only.

Before we commit to providing our services, we will audit your website to ensure that we can deliver on our promises.

In some cases, we may need to make certain updates or raise standards before our services can be fully implemented. We strive to do this at no cost, but in certain situations, this may not be possible. For example, if your website is built on WordPress 3 and running on PHP 4, it may require an upgrade to meet today’s standards. In such cases, we can bring your website up to date for a nominal fee, enabling us to offer you our full maintenance contract.

You may continue using your current hosting provider, but please note that this may limit our ability to act quickly. Backup creation may incur a fee, and recovery or fixes could be delayed due to restricted access or reliance on your hosting provider’s support. Your website may also not perform as optimally as it could under a hosting environment we manage.
